Established in 2005, Surat Basin Developments Pty Ltd (SBD) is one of the Surat Basin’s foremost building and development companies. The company is privately-owned and operated by fourth-generation community members Greg West and Warren Daniells, who have strong local ties and established credibility with the regional workforce and suppliers.

They have a demonstrated track record of delivering residential and industrial developments and commercial projects in the region and are actively involved in their local community.
